The Audi Fashion Festival 2013

Singapore’s annual premier fashion event, Audi Fashion Festival Singapore, marks its 5th anniversary this year with a move to a bigger & grander location. Celebrating the festival’s anniversary milestone, the festival will be held at Marina Promenade with a new waterfront location against the backdrop of Singapore’s skyline & a bigger tent that targets to attract more than 20,000 visitors, up from 13,200 in 2012.

From the world’s most revered designers and international top models to red carpet fashion galas and glamorous after-parties with headlining international acts, the Audi Fashion Festival will be the biggest fashion event of the year, with the support of the Singapore Tourism Board. In previous years, AFF showcased collections from world-known brands such as Christian Lacroix, Vivienne Westwood, Zac Posen, Mugler with Nicola Formichetti, Roland Mouret, Gareth Pugh, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Missoni, Ungaro, Erdem, DSquared, Roberto Cavalli as well as local fashion heroes like Raoul and alldressedup. Themed “Crafting the Future”, this year’s festival will feature 5 days of shows featuring a mix of emerging and established top-class names from the international world of fashion including Carolina Herrera, Hussein Chalayan, Peter Pilotto, Tsumori Chisato, Collette Dinnigan, RAOUL, Ashley Isham, Zardoze, Jun Okamoto and Ong Shunmugam.

Tjin Lee

Festival Director

Tjin Lee is the Managing Director and founder of Mercury Marketing & Communications, Singapore’s top lifestyle event company specialising in fashion, lifestyle and luxury events. In 2009, she founded the Audi Fashion Festival, bringing in shows by international designers Vivienne Westwood and Christian Lacroix, as well as upcoming fashion darling Gareth Pugh who also attended the event. In 2010, the Festival brought in Roberto Cavalli and DSquared2, together with their respective creative directors, Mr Cavalli and Dean and Dan Caten.

Ms Lee started her career in fashion and luxury lifestyle as part of the marketing team of Club 21, Singapore’s leading fashion retailer. In 2001, she decided to branch out on her own and started Mercury Marketing & Communications. Fashion is her passion and it drives everything she does. She is committed to building Singapore as a prestigious, world-class fashion destination, to attract the attention of regional buyers and capture the international limelight for the city as Asia’s fashion capital.

Dick Lee

Festival Chairman

Spanning a 30 year career, Dick Lee has established himself as a celebrated and multiple award winning cultural and creative icon in Singapore and the region. Multi-talented Lee is renowned as a performer and composer, often recognised through his works as the spokesperson for the New Asian generation. Lee sits on the Board of the National Museum of Singapore and is also the Associate Artistic Director of the Singapore Repertory Theatre, a position that he has held since 1998.
