Odile Benjamin

Divisional Director – Creative & Design F J Benjamin (Singapore) Pte Ltd

Mrs Odile Benjamin was born in Beirut, Lebanon in October 1971, and is the daughter of Raoul and Vicki Mizrahi. She was raised in Lebanon, Italy and England, and moved to Singapore in 1992 after marrying Mr Douglas Benjamin, who is currently Chief Executive Officer of F J Benjamin (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

She joined F J Benjamin in 1993 as a brand manager of Rachel B., before making the switch to the creative & licensing division of the F J Benjamin Group. There, Mrs Odile Benjamin handled the licensing for Baby Guess / Guess Kids, and worked her way up to Divisional Director of the Creative & Design Division.

Mrs Benjamin is jointly responsible, with Mr Douglas Benjamin, for the creation and development of the Group’s own house label RAOUL. Primarily responsible for the design and development of the Ladies ready-to-wear and accessories collection, she heads a team of designers to create the RAOUL Ladies collection for each season. She also oversees the design teams for Baby Guess / Guess Kids.

She has been married for 17 years and has 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, listening to music and spending time with her family.

Being an avid lover of music, Mrs Odile Benjamin joined the Singapore Symphony Orchestra Ladies League in 2004, and was appointed Chairlady of the League in 2006, and in 2008 was appointed on its Board of Directors.

Mrs Benjamin attended the London School of Economics, United Kingdom, and left London prior to graduation in 1992 after marrying Mr Benjamin. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic, and is conversant in Italian, Spanish and Hebrew.
